By booking a trip with Fishtales Bonaire, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment

We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and MasterCard. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as Caribious B.V.

Your data is not stored on our servers, but securely sent to our payment provider’s gateway for processing. Payments use secure, private encryption and are PCI DSS compliant with integrated SSL certification.

Cancellation policy

• 50% refund if you cancel before your trip’s scheduled departure time.
• Non-refundable after departure, including no-shows.
